Micheliolide

Micheliolide, a guaianolide sesquiterpene lactone, is an inhibitor of NF-κB pathway activation leading to downregulation of major inflammatory mediator expression such as TNFα and IL-1β. Moreover, MCL has been reported as inhibitor of acute leukemic cells. The prodrug of MCL, ACT001 is also available as EX-A8327.
