LXH-3-71

LXH-3-71 is novel molecular glue that induces the interaction between PHGDH and DDB1-CUL4 ubiquitin ligase, triggering degradation of PHGDH via the ubiquitination proteasome pathway and subsequently leading to inhibited cancer cell stemness. LXH-3-71 is also a novel ligand for the DDB1-CRL E3 ligase, facilitating the development of new PROTAC molecules targeting EGFR and CDK4 degradation.
