KyA33 is a selective, non‑covalent small‑molecule inhibitor of ALDH1A2 with dual activity against ALDH1A2/ALDH1A3 that blocks local retinoic acid (RA) biosynthesis. By suppressing autocrine RA signaling in dendritic cells (DCs) and tumor cells, KyA33 enhances DC function and antitumor immunity.
