KT-621 is a potent and highly selective, small-molecule targeted protein degrader (TPD) of STAT6. It induces efficient degradation of STAT6, a critical transcription factor mediating interleukin-4 (IL-4) and interleukin-13 (IL-13) signaling pathways, thereby effectively blocking Type 2 inflammatory responses in vitro and in vivo.
