Aripiprazole is an antipsychotic agent and is metabolized by CYP3A4 and CYP2D6 forming mainly Dehydroaripiprazole hydrochloride. Dehydroaripiprazole hydrochloride has with antipsychotic activity equivalent to Aripiprazole[1][2][3][4].
