CDL36 is a BAX inhibitor with an EC50 of 23.6 µM. CDL36 inhibits pro-apoptotic peptide-induced mitochondrial outer membrane permeabilization (MOMP). CDL36 exerts cytoprotective effects against Doxorubicin (HY-15142A)-induced cell death .
