3P-RGD2 is a dimeric cyclic RGD (Arg-Gly-Asp) peptide. When radiolabeled with 99mTc, 3P-RGD2 serves as a selective radiotracer for integrin αvβ3. When radiolabeled with 99mTc, 3P-RGD2 enables single-photon emission computed tomography imaging of integrin αvβ3[1].
