ODM-201, also known as Darolutamide, is a new-generation, potent and selective androgen receptor (AR) inhibitor which is potential useful for treatment of castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC). Darolutamide inhibits testosterone-induced nuclear translocation of AR.
